Pop-Up Art Loop First Thursdays Gallery Walk continues through October 2010

(Examiner) This Thursday marks the third month for Pop-Up Art Loop First Thursdays Gallery Walk. Empty downtown storefronts are transformed into temporary art exhibitions, and you can take a free, self-guided, walking tour that will introduce you to many of Chicago’s visual artists. This event occurs on the first Thursday of every month from 5-8pm through October. (Temporary art galleries have also been set up downtown; for more information about these galleries, read to the end of this article.)
